Ricardo Barros Cavalcante
Founder + Lead Trainer
I was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I am very grateful to have traveled a lot to play the beautiful game. Throughout my career I played of course in Brazil for Sport Club Corinthians Paulista & Associação Portuguesa de Desportos. In 1998, I went to Peru and joined Club Deportivo Avicion FAP. I spent two years in Germany with Bahlinger SC, from 2000 to 2002.
I moved to the U.S. in 2004 to join the Dallas Sidekicks where I was introduced to the indoor soccer game. I also played for several indoor teams in the U.S. including Milwaukee Wave, Detroit Ignition, Philadelphia Kick, Baltimore Blast, California Cougars & Omaha Vipers. With all this experience I was eventually invited to the U.S. Futsal National team & Brazil indoor soccer team.
Also I played outdoor soccer in the U.S. for Miami FC. Since 2019 I join the Dallas Sidekicks Coaching board as well with a bigger role on the coaching side.
I met my wife in 2004 at Gloria Latin Cuisine and we have 2 beautiful children. On my free time I like to enjoy time with my family and friends on or off the field.

Scored 126 goals and recorded 207 assists in 320-game career with the Dallas Sidekicks, Milwaukee Wave, California Cougars, Detroit Ignition, Philadelphia Kick, Omaha Vipers, Baltimore Blast and Florida Tropics.
Paul Kossehasse
Lead Trainer
Born in Ivory Coast, Coach Paul grew up in Israel and lived in France before moving to Dallas, Texas at the end of 2012, where he finished high school and attended Dallas Baptist University.
Growing up Coach Paul played for Hapoel Tel Aviv, Nîmes Lassalien and Dallas Texans.
At the higher level, Coach Paul played for Dallas Elite FC, Texas Spurs. In 2018 he was selected for pre-season with the Tulsa Roughnecks. He has also been involved with the Dallas Sidekicks since 2018.
Coach Paul worked for the Peter Luccin Academy and Kenny Cooper Academy for 5 years. He is experienced in coaching, social media management, administrations.
